Taryn Smuts

Taryn is a seeker, entrepreneur and professional speaker for equality and empowerment. Her life's work is dedicated to educating and empowering people, where she helps organisations balance their diversity profile and embrace cultures of inclusion to survive in the 21st Century. She is the founder MBAYogini PTY Ltd, a learning and development consultancy.


Her flagship program is called Chapter Network which consists of an interesting mix of online course-ware, group work, facilitated workshops, events and corporate experiences underpinned by needs analysis and research. Taryn has an undergraduate Business Science degree from UCT and an MBA from GIBS. She has built and run change programs for companies like IQbusiness, Dimension Data and Internet Solutions while working in the consulting and ITC Industry for 15 years.


Taryn is currently the Group Vice President for Sales Transformation and Enablement at NTT Ltd, a top 5 global technology and business solutions provider.
